PROCEEDINGS:
The Masterclass Vocal Course under the guidance of the eminent opera singer and vocal pedagogue, Kaludi Kaludov, will be held from 14 to 27 November 2022 in Stara Zagora within the framework of the 52th edition of the Festival of the Opera and Ballet Arts.
The aim of the organizers is to support the talented young opera singers in their vocal and professional advancement. The program of the course includes work on the vocal technique and the interpretation of the role. Rehearsal pianist is Miroslav Georgiev. The course will finish with a Gala on 27 November at 19.00, with the participation of the Stara Zagora State Opera, conductor Viktor Krumov.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
Participants:
- Active participants – active young opera singers, born after 1 December, 1987;
- there are no age limitations for the listeners ;
Taxes for participation
- Consideration of documents – 20 euro /no return/

- The active participants do not pay participation tax /accommodation and daily expenses are paid by the participants in the Masterclass/
- Listeners – no tax. The number of listeners is limited.
Necessary documents
- submitted application /free text/ at e-mail address masterclass.kaludikaludov@operasz.bg, which contains a short autobiography, a photo with resolution no less than 300 dpi, audio/video recording of a performance by the candidate, the repertoire with which he or she wants to participate in the Course, address, telephone, email for feedback
- deadline for submission of applications – 7 November 19.00
Selection of the candidates
- candidates who have submitted their application in time are selected for active participants in the Masterclass by Maestro Kaludi Kaludov on the basis of supplied audio/video recording.

15 – 25 November – from 10.00 – 20.00, Hall Regional Library “Zahariy Knyazheski”
26 November – General rehearsal in Hall Opera – Stara Zagora
27 November – 19.00 – Gala Concert by the participants in the Course
DIPLOMAS AND ENCOURAGEMENTS:
- all active participants receive a diploma for a completed Masterclass.
- The organizer provides an engagement for each outstanding participant chosen by Maestro Kaludov, in a spectacle in the repertoire of the Stara Zagora State Opera
