The plot develops around an auction. It presents the logic of the trader who sells everything and at any price. In the course of the action, he manages to convince the people (in this case the audience), that the product he is selling is extremely necessary, extremely usable and of the highest quality. Various paradoxes occur when the trader is selling an apple, furniture, even people – he chooses a person from the audience and presents him as a “product” at an auction with bidding. Thus, we arrive at the conclusion that if the trading relations pervade everything in the life of people, basic human merits and values are undermined.
