During the First World War, the 32nd battalion of the French army is under siege. The soldiers are separated from the world and cannot get in touch with the rest of the army to have support. The numerous attempts to break through the siege turn out to be unsuccessful. The commander of the battalion, in order not to lose more people, threatens the soldiers with the most-terrible verdict during a war – court-martial for anyone who voluntarily decides to break through the siege. Private Julien Lambert decides not to obey the order…
The premiere is dedicated to 100 years since the First World War and is realized with the kind assistance of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria.
