Young choreographer Alessandra Scalambrino from Italy comes to Stara Zagora immediately after her prestigious prize in Modica, Italy. Her choreography contains messages, springing from the sacred flower for the ancient Egyptians, Chinese and Indians: energy for life, purity, virtue and creativity. Alessandra Scalabrino presents the human existence, facing two dilemmas: the romantic love, according to which a person can be happy only with another person, or the consciousness that harmony in life is achieved through one’s own self-perfection. “We all have inside us the instruments for the transformation of grief into “miracle”, summerizes Assandra Scalabrino. In her opinion, the inspiring music of the sensuous pianist and composer Frederic Chopin most insightfully illustrates the human condition, presented in the spectacle.
