The creators of the spectacle show that the vehicles of expression of the opera present with a high emotional charge the issues of contemporary society. The plot reveals the naming of a street in Vienna after Marilyn Monroe. A group of citizens file a suit against the decision of the Municipality. The scenic action reflects the lawsuit where the positions of both of the arguing sides are presented. There come to life known and unknown moments of the life of the renowned actress, Marilyn Monroe, which with their social projection in the life of the USA during the 50s and 60s of the last century stir controversial reactions. The end is open. The final decision “for” or “against” depends on the audience-jury. The author of the music Roland Baumgartner graduated from the Vienna Music Academy, under the guidance of Leonard Bernstein. He is the author of the music of several Hollywood productions. He worked together with the pop legend Engelbert Humperdinck. Conductor Andrija Pavlic is also a graduate of the Vienna Music Academy. He has conducted spectacles at the Vienna Folksoper and teaches at the Gustav Mahler Conservatory – Vienna
