REGULATIONS
The Vocal Master Course under the guidance of the renowned opera singer Vesselina Kasarova will be held from 29 November to 10 December 2021 in Stara Zagora within the framework of the Festival for Opera and Ballet Arts.

The aim of the organizers is to support talented young singers in their vocal and professional advancement. The course program highlights work on the vocal technique and on the role interpretation. Rehearsal pianist Mrs.Svetlana Deneva. The course will end with a Gala Concert on 10 December at 19.00 with the participation of the Orchestra of the Stara Zagora State Opera, conductor Maestro Victor Krumov.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
Participants:
– Active participants – young opera singers, born after 1 December 1983;
– There are no age limits for the listeners;

Participation fees:
– Document assessment – 20 euros (no return)

– The active participants do not pay a participation fee /the accommodation expenses are covered by the participants in the Masterclass/
– Listeners – no fees. The number of listeners is limited and takes into consideration the obligatory anti-epidemic measures.

Required documents
– Application submitted to masterclass.vesselinakasarova@operasz.bg,
which contains an enclosed curriculum vitae, a photo with a resolution of not less than 300 dpi, an audio / video recording with the candidate’s performance, the repertoire with which they would like to participate , address, phone, e-mail for feedback
– Application deadline – 10 November 19.00

Selection of the applicants
– The candidates who completed their applications on time are selected as active participants in the Master Class by Maestra Vesselina Kasarova on the basis of the provided audio/video recordings. The approved candidates will be notified till 15 November at the latest

SCHEDULE:
29 November – from 14.00 – 18.00, RL “Zahariy Knyazheski” Hall
30 November – 8 December – from 10.00 – 17.00, RL “Zahariy Knyazheski” Hall 9 December – 16.00 – Dress Rehearsal in the Opera Hall
10 December – 19.00 – Gala Concert of the participants in the course

DIPLOMAS AND ENCOURAGEMENTS:
– All active participants receive a diploma for completed master class.
– The Organizer provides an engagement for a participant of excellence chosen by Maestra Kasarova in a spectacle of the repertoire of the Stara Zagora State Opera

While carrying out the Vocal Master Course under the guidance of Vesselina Kasarova all the anti-epidemic measures will be observed!
