Dimitar Kosev

Conductor
He is a graduate of the National School for the Arts “Prof. Veselin Stoyanov” in his native city. He continued his education at “Prayner Konservatorium” – Vienna, Austria, major subject Conducting and Piano, tutored by Prof. Maximilian Cencic and Prof. Stephan Moller (2011 – 2014).
He has worked with different orchestras in Austria. Since 2016 he has been conductor with the Stara Zagora State Opera, and since 2017 with the Ruse State Opera as well.
Apart from his career as a conductor, he has played as a bassist, pianist, drummer in many jazz and rock bands.
